The BRICK Difference
BRICK is not your ordinary gym and it is definitely not your ordinary CrossFit. The BRICK concept is about being inclusive and taking the CrossFit phenomena to all corners. We believe that fitness is first when it comes to CrossFit, but we also believe you deserve more amenities and variety of classes and programs. BRICK is about appealing to a broader audience and keeping members excited about coming back again and again. While CrossFit is BRICK’s main focus we also offer SpeedX and other programs based on the CrossFit methodology.

I have never found a gym like Brick before where I am so excited about working out. I primarily come for the kickboxing classes which I am in love with. Peter is such a knowledgeable and confident instructor. He is great about form and making corrections to benefit your technical skills as a fighter. Igor on the other hand is super intense and the cardio regime in his classes is out of this world. I love both instructors/classes for different reasons. Both are amazing workouts and I would recommend them both to all my friends!

We love Brick. It’s really been life-changing. After several months of hiatus from working out at a gym, we were in rough shape, but you all have gotten us back in line and we’re kind of obsessed with crossfit now. I. Love. Brick. I’ve lost weight and gotten stronger and more confident since starting. Everyone has seen the changes in me. In just a few months I’ve learned how to do double-unders and hundreds of pull-ups with no bands, which I though was impossible.
