The Sport of Fitness has arrived!!
Our Competition Training Class is looking for anyone interested in taking their fitness to the next level.
This class is held on Tuesday at 1:30 pm and Thursdays at 1:30pm, you do not have to be on the official competition team to participate. We welcome everyone interested in taking their fitness to the next level who meets the following requirements.
- You must be coachable, accountable and part of the Brick community.
- You are serious about CrossFit and respect CrossFit as a Sport.
- You must have at least 6 months to a year of CrossFit experience.
- You must be competent with all CrossFit movements.
- The program will consist of different components: Strength and Skill Development,
Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Energy System Training and Recovery/Prehab Work. - Coaches and athletes will be working out together.
- You must enjoy a competitive environment.
- Most importantly NO EGOS!!
Brick Competition Season goes from: Feb-June, Off-Season July-Dec
