BRICK Endurance

BRICK Endurance is a six-week sport endurance training program designed for those seeking to make giant leaps in their fitness, performance, and endurance. The once-a-week program is designed to integrate with regular CrossFit and conditioning workouts, and focuses towards the goal of competing in a challenging sports competition at the end. Members can jump in any time, but for maximum results, the full six-week cycle is recommended. This class is held off-site at the Fairfax High School track, and reservations are encouraged.
