For everything from CrossFit to Kickboxing, we have the latest equipment from the best manufacturers. Much of our equipment is the same quality as that which is used in the Reebok CrossFit Games, with user comfort and safety as our main focus points. Our fully equipped Kickboxing studio provides a variety of heavy bags for training across a number of disciplines, from standard boxing through all of the main martial arts, with focus on Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
