The BRICK Process

Getting started at BRICK is as easy as a click!

First thing to do is to sign in here for a 3 Day Guest Pass. While you’re signing up, you should also schedule yourself for an Introduction to CrossFit class so you can come in and learn what it’s all about.

Bring your sign-in sheet with you and arrive 15-minutes before class is scheduled to start.

What classes can I take during my 3- Day Free Pass?

During your free “3 Day Guess Pass” you can only take the following classes.

  1. Intro to CrossFit (Mandatory First Class)
  2. SpeedX
  3. Cardio Kickboxing
  4. Yoga
  5. 20/20

Fundamentals, Mixed CrossFit, Team CrossFit, Advanced Muay Thai and Yoga are Members Only classes. Non-members are restricted from taking these classes.

What classes can I take when I become a Member?

BRICK memberships are unlimited. You can take any class we offer. However, upon becoming a member at BRICK, you will need to register and complete our CrossFit Fundamentals course prior to taking Mixed CrossFit or Team CrossFit Classes. The Fundamentals course is a series of 6 classes, offered throughout the week, designed to introduce you to the proper form and function of CrossFit. Upon completion of the Fundamentals course, you can take Mixed CrossFit or Team CrossFit Classes.

Is Brick for Serious Athletes?

No!! While you’ll see beautiful bodies when you walk into BRICK, you have to remember that they didn’t (all) get here looking that way. BRICK can be scaled to meet your abilities, whatever they may be. Classes are designed with you in mind. If you’re new, tell the coach and he/she will instruct you on how to scale our workout based on your abilities and fitness level.
